According to YouTube Kurt Kelly's Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press rights are clearing being denied. in addition to R.I.C.O., Restraint of Trade, Tampering, Fraud, Criminal Co-Conspiracy, and a long list of other charges that will be levied into Federal Courts. However, before KKECI-LVI could even reply to the first email about President Obama, YouTube public closed the popular KURTKELLY1 channel and literally thousand of original works have been lost and sealed even from the creators without notice. The official notice by YouTube was posted on KURTKELLY1 stating:
This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, gaming, misleading content, or other Terms of Service violations.
